The United Assassin's Association has chosen Travis as their 11th ranked assassin. He loves Japanese anime, but is also a huge fan of professional wrestling and martial arts.

An agent of the United Assassin's Association (UAA). She single-handedly arranges all ranking battles. A beautiful, but shadowy figure.

The UAA's 8th ranked assassin. She attends an all girl high school, but has already mastered the Japanese katana. She appears to hold a grudge against Travis.

A professor and researcher, she developed the "Tsubaki" series of beam katanas that Travis uses. She manages her laboratory in Santa Destroy, conducting daily tests on beam katanas and other weaponry. Although a brilliant woman, she has a firey temper and a dirty mouth. She also features an interesting past.

A former pro-wrestler turned Yakuza. He is Travis' master, teaching both sword techniques and hand-to-hand combat.

The UAA's 7th ranked assassin. His day job is far less interesting than his “alter-ego.” Going beyond mere “cosplay,” he fancies himself a real American Superhero and uses his powers to destroy.

The UAA's 9th ranked assassin. A corrupt detective, he’s notorious for his connections to black market sales and illicit investigations.

Simply put, a drunken old man. He’s not fond of others, preferring to get straight to the point. His past is a mystery, but for some reason he’s able to teach Travis several new techniques. Judging by his name, perhaps he’s from Russia.

Her name sums her up nicely. No one knows anything about her, except that she’s a UAA ranked assassin. Her targets find a nice contrast between her distinct, “Lolita” fashion and her bloodstained baseball bat.
